These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cited Labs website at citedlabs.com (the "Site") and any services we provide ("Services"). By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Who we are

"Cited Labs" ("we," "us," or "our") is a white-hat link-building studio operating under the trading name Cited Labs. You can reach us at hello@citedlabs.com.

Our Services

We provide editorial, white-hat link-building services on a pay-per-live-link basis. We research and pursue editorial backlink placements on third-party publications. You have the opportunity to approve targets. Payment is made in full upfront when a campaign begins, and we refund you on a pro-rata basis for any link that is not verified live on an approved domain within the agreed campaign window.

No guarantee of search rankings

Search engines operate independently of Cited Labs and control their own ranking systems. While our work is designed to build genuine authority, we do not and cannot guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic level, revenue, or other SEO outcome. Any examples or projections are illustrative, not promises. Third-party publishers control their own sites and may edit or remove content, including links, at their discretion after placement.

Fees and payment

Fees are agreed before work begins and are paid in full upfront when a campaign starts, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. If a link is not delivered live and verified on an approved domain within the agreed window, that link's fee is refunded to you on a pro-rata basis. Specific pricing, scope, timelines, and refund terms are set out in your individual engagement.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site or Services for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Provide accurate information when you contact us or engage our Services.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, logo, and branding, is owned by Cited Labs and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our permission. Content you provide to us remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to perform the Services.

Third-party links

The Site and our work may reference third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cited Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
